If you decided to hire us after email or phone conversations, we charge a $100 retaining fee for non wedding events and 25% of total price for wedding to hold the date. This occurs after we have agreed to the terms of the event. The retaining fee goes toward the total cost of the service.
All events are required to have a signed service agreement prior to the day of the event.
Our Wedding services are a hit among our clients. With us power duo running your day, guests will be talking about your special day for decades. With over 15 years of experience DJ'ing events, we are ready for any challenge.
We communicate with photographers, wedding coordinator and other staff to ensure a smooth event during the entire process.
All weddings require a 25% non refundable retaining fee and goes toward your final payment (50%) that is due 1 day before your event and contract filled. 25 % of the total amount owed is due 1 week before your wedding date.
All include: 1st free consultation, 2nd free meeting, 1 month before wedding and optional dress rehearsal the day before your big special day.
A questionnaire will be sent via email after contract and retaining fee paid and must be filled out and given back via email at DJ@firebynightentertainment.com or texted by a picture to our work number 442-777-2909 within 1 month of receiving it. Text communication will occur if a question is needed. You may change special songs up to 1 week before our month before meeting/ consultation to go over your timeline. But we should have the main portion of all the songs at least 4 months before the wedding date.
